Summer seems to be rearing its head and Finland is really starting to come alive. I’m not just talking about weather here – people are outside! Avid people watchers have loads to ogle as millions take to the streets: dogs, couples, families, hipsters and fashionistas in throngs – all out enjoying the sunshine.
City life is quite shockingly unrecognizable.
This country looks completely different.
This is an annual (meteorological & biological) phenomenon and it’s especially obvious in Finland because of the contrast between summer and winter. The darkness shrinks us. The summer enlivens us. We wake up and have so much energy – we spend time outdoors, do sports, meet friends – life feels so perfect.
On this high note, I have a question for you…
Do you know, how to create this wonderful feeling of sunshine within yourself? Can you synthesize a ‘coming alive’ formula in your life? Do you leave it up to the forecast to determine your mood or take matters into your own hands? And if so, how? [Tweet “Do you leave your mood up to the forecast or take matters into your own hands?”]

Enjoy the sunshine! ☀
